International Business Relationships Wenzel has two different rooms available. Office I (400 square feet) is furnished with a desk, office chair, conference table, 4 visitor chairs, office cabinets and a sideboard. Office II (200 square feet) is equipped with a desk, one office chair, two visitor chairs, couch, coffee table and a cabinet.

By calling one week in advance ibr-wenzel will make available to the client the guaranteed, exclusive and secure use of the suite. In case of conflicting schedules between two clients, ibr-wenzel will first attempt to accommodate both clients' needs. However, if this is not possible, the exclusive use will then be on a "first come first serve" basis. The maximum number of dedicated use calendar days per month per client is limited to seven, with no more than threee consecutive workdays, (Monday through Friday), per week.

The monthly fee for the office space includes all the extra costs like power, heating, cleaning and garbage disposal. Use of shared areas, sanitary facilities, kitchen etc. Coffe and beverages are complementary.

Meetings:

Office II is available for customer meetings up to three people. Our very representative office I can be used for conferences up to 6 - 8 people. For your convenience we also take care for the catering. The costs are charged extra.
